Wanted DEAD or ALIVE

Hi all fellow Ebay purchasers

I bought a VW Model of Ebay the other week and it looks like I have and about 6 others have been dudded by this guy, for about $120.00.

Does any one know a " matchboxman4 " or a Todd Murray from Murwillumbah in the top of NSW.

Its not the money, its the model I wanted...

Never had a problem with anyone else on Ebay only this ARs@#$e

Haven't heard of this user before but I use eBay all the time and have only once been swindled ($400+ for subwoofers).

What you do is put a complaint to eBay explaining what has happened and ask them for the address of their ethic/complaints department (can't remember what it's called, sorry). From my recollection it is in the US.

Then just send a letter detailing everything that happened during the course of the transaction and explain that other users have been ripped off as well (give their user names and emails if possible and the numbers of their auctions).

By the sounds of it, they will find the case in your favour and in about 3-4 weeks they'll send you a cheque reimbursing you for the auction price. That's what happened to me. All eBay auctions are insured and I got a cheque from some federal bank in London!!! Hope it works out for ya.
