depends on what purpose you want to know the weight for. The later ones where getting quite heavy and around the 840-860kg depending on what you read
(standard beetle). Earlier ones were as low as 730kg or something I think. All depends on what your reading.

My 65 model fitted with a 1500 SP enginje weighs in at 690Kgs on the weigh bridge at work.
