Rear disk brakes

Subject probably discussed previously, but I am new to this forum. I know where I can buy new disks etc from, but has anybody made up disks for the rear of a 63ish Type 1. What I am looking for is a way to convert some existing calipers to fit the bug.. I do have access to a lathe etc. Yes, I know I am trying to do things on the cheap.

Yep

You can use falcon rear discs pretty easy.

Check out http://www.offroadvw.net  and then Wes's page, I think he posted some details on the rear conversion I did for him.
