If you mean metro Sydney, I'm sorry but they all suck as the traffic is just awful. But get out a little, and there's so many.
I like going up to the Richmond area, Wisemans' ferry, going down to Bateman's Bay (and then the excellent, excellent drive back via
Canberra). I also like cruising up to Palm Beach for lunch. Nice area there. Royal National Park was also a good one before it was burnt out.
Hopefully, it'll grow back soon.

The F3 heading out of there is the best. F6 not bad either. Any road out of sydney is good. Um maybe not the Gt Western. South through the Royal NP is
good.
Macquarie pass (west of wollongong) is pretty damn good if you can get a clear run

On Friday and Saturday night I like the Inner city, Bondi, Harry's Cafe de Wheels at Wolloomooloo and the Rocks under the bridge. Great to see
all the other customised and hotted up cars cruising around.
For day cruises, the Northern Beaches from Manly alllllll the way up to Palm Beach or as far as you want to go. This is the best route to get people
staring goggle-eyed at your car

I like the Old Pacific Hwy, it's just around the corner from my place and is great in the bug or on the motorbike. A run out to Palm beach is
nice but there can be a lot of traffic coming back in the afternoon. Wiseman's ferry is good with Galston gorge an interesting drive if you like
the twisties. When ever I have to go to Bathurst for work I like the drive down through the gorge, out to Richmond and then along the bells line.
Basically any drive in the Bug is always a good one.
Cheers
Steve
