Webasto Rag Top
Hi everyone
I have a Webasto rag top, (German) very similar to a Golde, it's in pretty poor condition at the moment but complete and quite restorable.
It has a installer's plaque
Auto-Sun Air PTY LTD
Brookvale.
I have done a little research and found out that Webasto were commisioned by VW to make a prototype rag top for their new 1950 Beetle, don't know
what happened, but Golde got the tender, you could still get a Webasto from the dealer if you so wanted.
Dose anyone know any more about these tops or the company that installed them here!

Did the sticker plarque have a phone number on it for the place at Brookvale. I will give them a ring if you like.
I may send them a letter, with a piccy of my rag. I have sent and Email to the parent company in germany, waiting waiting, I spose I will just have to
keep trying to get more info.
