DNS lookup failure 5-6/11/2003

I note for the info. of the admins. that I've been unable to get the forum from about 20:00 on 5/11 until about 14:00 on 6/11; the DNS simply returns a "www.aussieveedubbers.com not found".

This has occurred before, but it's evident from the traffic on the forum that the majority of users was not affected, as there is a normal number of posts.

I get that heaps of times. But I know other people are able to get in because I recieve email alerts from people posting.

I just thought it was my ISP.

It is probably your ISP. The domain doesn't expire until the end of February next year, and until then...

Do this:

nslookup

server 203.2.75.12
http://www.aussieveedubbers.com

And it should return:

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: aussieveedubbers.com
Address: 66.220.24.252
Aliases: http://www.aussieveedubbers.com

If it does and yet you can't resolve us using your browser, it's your ISP sucking.

Andrew
