Vintage Alcohol fueled drag race bug with custom built split screen single cab pick up?

Ok does anyone know of or have any info on a bug built by 2 brothers that was extensively lighten, alcohol fueled, oval or early large windowed 50's bug (vintage drag car) which was transported too and from the track by a custom built, massively shorted, single cab split sceen pick up? trailer attached to the flat bed!

If so can you let me know?

The bug and the split screen were both built in Australia and as far as I can tell the brothers emigrated to europe or the uk!

Tis a long shot but worth a try :( Cheers

You wouldn't, perchance, be thinking of the "Inch Pincher", possibly the most famous VW drag bug of all?

Here's a link to its custom, single-cab transporter:

If anything the split was the opposite to the one that carried the Inch Pincher. The body/ flat bed had been shorten so the engine was right behind the cab! Then from what I gathered the trail actually attached onto the top of the flat bed in a similar way to a trailer attaches to a lorry, so the it pivits! then the racer car was towed on the trailer :o
