if condition is good, maybe just etch prime and spray, without worrying about sanding.

I don't believe there is an answer....
Maybe a very narrow wire brush??? but I believe You would have just as much trouble getting all the sand out..
I could be wrong...
Mine is painted silver... and I am thinking of painting it black..
so no one can look in there....
probably the only way would be to cut the lower section , pull it down and clean it and push it back up and weld back into place....

I'll ask them were Bel is...Ingid did show me how she uses a small file in there...It's a slow process by the looks of it .....and from what I
saw....But Bel's vents have come up sweet...

Sand blast and then spray through vents.
Dumb question time
Hold spray gun close to get in between vents or away on varios angles
Thanks |

rhys. sand blast then waterblast and flood it with water, should be ok to get the sand out id say?..... otherwise if you can drill out spotwelds (is
this the kg or one of the busses or one of the typ3's ) then sand and reweld in there, may give you better results if its the KG i would do it if i
could, more work but a better quality repair
cheers
