Northern Beaches - Claudia still wants to meet some VW-Friends for a drive, coffee, lunch...whatever. An apology to all the people who wrote to me last time and I did not reply!
I am so sorry that I have not replied to any of the people who wrote back to my last post regarding meeting for a drive, coffee etc. (reason: I am not
much on this webpage)
I am still keen to organise a meeting with VW lovers sometime. Maybe start at Dee Why and drive to Palm Beach? Lunch at New Port Arms?
Anybody interested to come? I know it is a busy time around Christmas. How about Sat 13 Dec. or Sun 14 Dec? :bounce
I love all VW and hope to see lots of them soon! :beer

There is a dyno day on the 7/12 at Custom Bugs and Busses
yeah - bit of a petrol head thing but.......
Then on the 14th i am arranging a drinks/lunch at the Wentworth Hotel @ Flemington 1.00 pm

VD Cruise starting in Dee Why on Sat 13 December?
I would suggest to meet for a VW Cruise on Saturday 13 December starting in Dee Why. Who can suggest a good spot in Dee Why where we all can meet?
Maybe the big parking area right at the beach (where the surf club is)?
Then ride to Palm Beach and maybe have some drinks on the way back at New Port Arms? Who would join?
Hope to hear from all VW Drivers soon.

Count me in! But the SLSC parking area will be CHOCCAS on a sunny Saturday... Might be better to choose a less 'public' place, like a random
side street in an industrial area...

VW Cruise Sunday 14 December - Meet at Dee Why Parking lot at beach beside Dee Why Surf Club
I think it would not be a problem to meet at the parking place at the beach in Dee Why.....even if the parking spots are taken we can park there and
just sit in the car and move it a bit around if necessary. OK, here are again the details:

We can cruise out to Palm Beach and then go for some :beer at New Port Arms!
Please let me know if you are comming and then I have something fun to look forward during this whole week at work. Yipeee....this will be my first VW

Hey Claudia, That's the same day as Beers at the Flemington hotel - Sunday 14th at 1pm. Should make the cruise Saturday the 13th in the
morning... That's what it was a few posts ago, then it changed. Either way, I'm coming, and if it is on Sunday, I'll drive back to
Flemington for the beer at 1pm. Does anyone know the name of the street the Dee Why spot is?

VW Cruise date stays: Sunday 14 Dec in Dee Why
The date for the cruise stays the same:
S u n d a y , 1 4 D e c e m b e r

PARKING LOT DEE WHY BEACH (=BESIDE SURF CLUB).
Somebody asked for the name of the street. It is Dee Why Parade - before you hit the ocean there is a big parking lot on the left and also a Surf
Club.
I am aware that there are some other VW cruises on and there might not be as many peopole. I am happy to meet as many as are able to turn up!
So, whoever has time - just turn up. I am very new here myself. This is the first VW cruise I am organising and to be honest this will be the first VW
Crusise I am going to in my whole life.
Will bring some of my friends along - I am sure we have fun!
