seat, which also doubles as storage - top part opens for cutlery; middle part folds down for plates, crocery etc; seat part folds down and stores food (the pantry)

G'day Kom123

Thanx for that.

I've been checking out some photos of yours recently and your kombi looks pretty impressive. What year model is it? How long have you had it?

Hi Pete,

Our camper is a '76 and I've had it almost two years now. Nearly done all I want to do for the moment. A slow going but enjoyable project :)

the stove is bolted to the cupboard with bolts coming from the bottom of the stove. This model stove has clampdown clips on either side which hold down the lid. Surprisingly, it doesn't rattle at all, previous model stove i had did and was a bit of a bugger.

Hi Kom123

well, from what i've seen looks pretty good. i'm pretty new to the VW life, had Penguin for about 8 months now....a few things i did to the interior for the better - but as you say a slow process...may be never ending too...keep tinkering away

btw do ya have a water tank on you kombi?
