THIS BUS IS MINT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the 1st time i saw this i was new into VW's and i had a hard on for hours after ! Its a vic bus and reads sikbus. i didnt realy kow what i was looking at at the time but i do remember it was realy well done and was just all around bloody fantastic ! still gets me hard thinking of this bus !
i was driving hhome from my usual stint in brunswick street and in the backs streets i saw it and pulled over and got out and started looking at it. then after 5 minutes the alarm went off, i ignored it and continued looking at it. adn that was maybe 3 years ago !
never seen or heard about it till now !
glad it still lives, very smicko bus !

cheers !

Hey twoguns

Saw you going south. I was coming back from the dreaded Canberra Christmas with the Outlaws.
My son just about fell out of the window shouting, "Splitty, splitty, splitty" Just about gave me heart attack, which subsided really quick when I saw your cool rig gliding past.

Bet you didn't realise that a NSW White over Yellow Samba was only two to three K's ahead of you? No offence, but it was way cooooool. Had both Safaris open, and I swear I heard the Beach Boys floating through the air. That's probably where my son got the "Splitty, splitty, splitty" from. Cause that's what I did when I saw the Samba coming along.

I envied you both soooo much, it hurt.

Cheers,
Rossco.

P.S. It still hurts!!!

I last seen SIK BUS on the great Ocean Road near Lorne on New Years Day 2 years ago.
Before that I seen it at the 2000 Day of the Volkswagan.
I'm not into Kombi's but SIK BUS can park in my Garage any time.

I was really surprised and disapointed when it didn't win at the Day of, because in my opinion it was far superior to it's competition.

Must of been the wrong color. ;)

Anyway I'm glad it's still out there.
