They did look good....

When I saw them I was a bit sus....but if it's Byronbus who's a serious dubber amongst us then I would imagine people are getting a decent ride...

Fun, but I was excepting him to possibly have the answer to who's selling them....lol

I'd like to know how much they go for as well....they look nice set-ups....

Hi Jen,

Not me selling the Kombis, I know the people, u2u for more details, they market backpackers and so are a little on the expensive side and have travelled many k's...if you are looking for a camper I know a few around, they pop up from time to time...

Becareful buying from up this way, there are a couple of dodgy characters...a shame for those of us up here who love VW's, ask Judy or myself, we can u2u you who to watch out for (mud sticks for a very long time, people in small communities have very long memories and talk to eachother) Not that im saying these guys are dodgy...just aimed at a different market:thumb

Wah...I did read that post wrong....

I know they are aimed at the backpacker market....they do ask a price in this area...

The klm's would be massive....I see them for sale from time to time in the internet cafe's around town.....on notice boards...big dollars:o

After my drive to Sydney my little mind is ticking over again :)....(dangerous stuff!!)

It would have been nice to be able to pull over and be set up for the night...Could have so easily kept driving in a very BIG circle, not gone back to work :D

hi jen,
thought that myself I wouldn't mind a kombi.
But most here are overpriced & have travelled BIG time & not looked after.
I myself wouldn't buy them.
Only buy from someone local who's had the kombi for years then you can always ask our local VW mechanic about that one.
Most locals know all the good ones here.
Judy :)
