Rag top Beetle for sale
Was travelling near the Royal Womens Hospital in Brisbane today and saw a beetle with a rag top.
It was at a car yard so I stopped and had a look.
1971 Beetle: Marone in Colour (a respray), original Rag top, mag wheel. Standard interiour. Could not see the engine as engine bay locked. Not much
rust to see.....under front guards..and door pillars/rear vents.
It is at kelly Motors on Gympie rd, asking $2999 with rego.

got the Whale tail, Paints a little damaged, rust on the bumpers, $2899.

Sorry it ccarnt be an Origional Rag top as they stopped making Rag top Beetles in May 1966, It must have had an After market roof fitted. This would
possible be a Britax type roof which are still great to have

Apparently its As is (-no rego)
Wonder if it has the mod certs for the ragtop and whaletail.
