Type 3 Tire combos ?

sorry to restart an old post, but could someone be more specific for tire combos for lowered type 3 setups. I would like to minimise scrubbing and fit whitewall inserts to steel rims. Is someone running a setup that is working for them perhaps ???? Can someone suggest where to buy narrow tires ?
