Sounds good in theory baybus, but alas the reality is the average rat owner would not place even a $3 tshirt high on thier list of priorities. First
comes rego, tyres, wipers or some such thing.
(unless its free, next to a lifeline bin or free from rello!)
Or alternatively the thought of wearing a rat tshirt whilst driving one, is just not right!
Finally anyone who chooses to wear a rat shirt whilst not actually owning one is crusin for a brusin, (or maybe just a key up the side of thier nice
shiny ride, by a rat owner!).  (JOKES.....wasn't meeeee!).
