syncro speedo

I have recently bought a 90 syncro and when I drove it home I noticed that it showed too many km's. I tested it on one of those 5 km test signs and the odometer showed 5.5 km. It has the tyre size on that is recommended. Can anyone offer a suggestion

Hi Arthur,
I don't have any ideas why the speedo would be that far out .I would suggest searching the syncro newsgroup http://groups.yahoo.com/group/syncro/ archives.
