Respray of my project car, at last...

Hi everyone,

In one weeks time my car is off to the panel beaters for a bare metal re-spray. Shortly there after I'll be completely re-fitting the entire car.

The colour i've chosen is the 1988 Porsche alpine white. After the respray I'll be completely re-ftting the interior with a lot of leather and carbon fiber, new carpet, roof lining, mirrors etc. I'm updating the exterior trim also, with single piece windows, polished aluminium bumpers, black powed coated door handles, black mirrors, carbon fiber stone guards and porsche 996 cup1 17x7" wheels swith 45 series rubber.

I'll be making daily updates to my webpage when the project is underway. I'll let ya all know when the updates are posted for anyone thats interested.

I'm aiming for show quality with the finish, and have spared no expense so it's going to be SWEEEET when it's finished. (phewww. at last...)

After I source the second pair of 17" wheels i'll have a set of 15x6 and 15x7 polished fuchs for sale also. I'll post them when their available.

Cheers ya'all

Ian.

The red was from the Ferrari GT308. It was pretty good when it was painted, but red fades pretty quickly.

The pic in my signature block looks pretty good because that guard was resprayed about 3 months ago....

I'm going for white becuase I've had enough of police attention, and have decided to go for the cleaner appearence of the german look style.

Cheers,

Ian.
