where all splittys factory plates in german?
just had a look at a splitty yesterday and the factory plates where in gereman are they all like this?? how do u tell what year they are?:thumb

Just u2u me the chassis number
Splitties were made in OZ as complete knock down from June 1954. VW Australia started their own body shop in 1961.
Most CKD busses still had the Made In West Germany tag in the engine bay.
