Kombi steering wheel covers???

Anyone out there know here you can get nice steering wheel covers for a kombi steering wheel?
All the ones I have seen (car places) are to small, and truck shop ones are too large.
Any hints on where to find some would be great
:D

what about hand wrapping in leather like a sports wheel (similar to the straps around the drop handlebars on old roadbikes)
