Pedal Adjustment
which is the best way to adjust the clutch and brake pedals so as to take out the free play and bring them more upright instead of leaning towards the
drivers seat on early bug

Adjustng the pedals -- this way or that??
There should be a plate under Your pedal assembly.
When You undo the bolts that hold Your pedal assembly, this plate can be moved back & forth in slots... If You move this plate towards the rear
of the car, the pedals will move towards the front of the car... You will probably need three hands to hold the plate, the pedals, and do the bolts
up at the same time... but it can be done with two hands & ten fingers
You will need to adjust Your clutch freeplay with the nuts on the end of the cable....
