Removing floor halves

Can any type 3 guru's out there help me with some advice on how to remove halves from a floor pan.

Want to remove floor pan from an early T3 wreck (thanks Ian) to clean them up before getting my local ;)VW bloke to put them into my early notch.

I have no welding and little mechanical skills. Advice?
