Where to go OFFROAD In SYDNEY

Heya All...

Seeing as I have just got myself a Beach Buggy on the road I am keen as to find a few places to go and PLAY.....

So in And Around Sydney, maby also A Day Trip, Few Days trip...
Who knows, Come on, Spit em' out, Let us all know those awsome little Mud Puddles and Sand Traps...

No Seriously, i know Stockton and will be going in the next few weeks, but is there anywhere in and around Sydney we can Play...?

Myby we should set up a Common spot in this Forum to reveal these locations...

Anyways... I always up for a Play so drop me a line...

Da Rules of da Beach...

Hey All..
Anyone know the Rules with regards to driving on Beaches in NSW...

Is it of a Case of No Sign no Worries

Or are beaches NO-GO zones unless there are signs to say otherwise....?

Im guessing I may have too look into this a little further..!

I suppose asking the local council is the way to go. When I was a kid people used to drive buggies in the sand dunes at Wanda beach in Sydney. I don't know if that still is allowed.

There's a great place in Sydney specially made for buggy testing called 'The Rocks'; nice and steep.

Blacksmiths beach - Swansea/Belmont - an hour closer than stockton, but not quite as many dunes. Good for an afternoon or so. I has giggles in a Adventra there a few months ago..

What About WANDA

Info at hand from a mate telling me that for a Nominal cost of $7-$8 anyone can access the 4WD tracks, Dunes and the beach At Wanda (Cronulla/Sutherland Area)

So I will investigate closer with the Beast and let you all know... With Photos of course...

Keep buggin
