| **wahoo** fixed my door...! i think i'm so tough just cause i got grease under my fingernails and swear a lot....

 yeah yeah yeah
 i am so happy!
fixed my door thingo - dont even know what it is called....actually didnt even know it was broken until john and trevor told me to fix it and gave me
the part.
apparently i was missing a spring from my latch thing, which is why i had problems locking my door. all fixed now though!
so i thought i was waaaay cool, and tough....
had to rip off the door handles...the speaker...the panel thingo....the outside handle....argh....
 it was mammoth
 i even made myself bleed
 then i swore a lot
and then had to call john to find out how to get them freaking window thing out of the way
and then the whole latch was loose, disconnected from everything...and i couldnt get it to slide out of the door!! argh! was nearly crying.
so my housemate (who hasnt even got his license) came out, and hey presto. he got the damn thing out.
 stupid boys.
 with the chromosome.
its all about the chromosome. i forget which one it is - the W of the Y --- i cant remember hehehe. the CAR CHROMOSOME. that enabled you to do stuff
that i cant for no real reason except the existance of the chromosome.

anyway - door is all good!
 NOW ITS FIXED!
 now it locks!

just cant put it back together....bums....only cause i am tired now though...too many little screws to get back in there.....

 feel so tough though...heheh....black fingernails...

LMAO thanks pod --- its my aim! to become tech minded and to get my cams license hehehe...new years resolutions!

yeah steff ---- finally got the poor little t3 fixed last weekend. i did post something about it...but basically it was running lean on one carbie and
running rich on the other. the timing was out too. and it had water in the fuel tank (surprise surpirse) and a lot of crap in the fuel filter. also
the tappets were too tight or something.

all good now.....running like a dream!!!!! making me be a show off though ( i tend to get a bit cocky when i am in my car...try to do burn outs and
race ppl at the lights...heheh...but in a totally piss weak kinda way so nothing to worry about...i just end up looking like a dickhead)

yay for the type 3....! love it! and also found out that i have a huge cam in my engine apparently -- so my big/noisy muffler is actually there for a
reason....

68autobug,dannys right, its a mk1 volkswagon scirocco storm. 2lt with all the factory extras. very rare as only a few were built and even fewer
surived uk weather and oh yea they haul ass even by todays standards its a quick car.

danny, its quicker than the mk2 as they have the same engine but the mk1 is almost half the weight of the mk2 with lower gear ratios. not so good for
motorway cruzin but gets up and goes like stink

| Scirocco... Streptococcal

Yeah, the late models are generally driven by rev heads in Germany. They go out on the freeway looking for Audi drivers and break a few laws.

I had a nice time in the rain between Berlin and Hannover, with this Scirocco guy who wanted to take out my hired BMW. He gave up at 260k's. I used
to be a leadfooted idiot. Now I have a wife, kids, buddhism and a nice slow Bay. The joys of getting old! (is 33 old on this forum?)

Ah! 33 is old. Good! Does that mean I'm wise now?

Which chromosome is the Beer gene on Einstein? And why does Fatboy have such a swollen one?
