a rat is supposed to be a car which has been dragged out of its slumber in that dank shed down the back and had new running gear fitted for road
worthy and then slammed with some nice wheels and a hot engine..........the whole idea is to spend all the money on making the car go better than
worry about paint and dented panels etc.
