Will this be an open event or only if you to registered for the whole series?

Generally in the past pete we havent let non registered competitors run so it would be easier on the organisers and so we dont get our members running
and in turn lose some helpers. Personally, now when I see the number of registered entrants is way down I'd like to see it opened up.
The entry fee is increased with the status of the event and is $100. I will do some lobbying for you this morning.
