d trims 4 the front n rear windows....not stainless steel ones....aluminium....Dave was at VVD when I rang yesterday about them and he was helping to
source what I needed
Apparently it was very common when they replaced a windscreen to used a cal rubber which Bel had...I needed d chrome trim....Bel did have her original
but getting both anyway
I'm about to u2u u Brad....d trimmer will need some vinyl 2 do d arm rests...Sunday a good time at d swap meet?...I have d chrome trims still in d Dr
L so I don't forget....

6 by nines mayt take away from the classic look of it however. mine do, but if you love your music as much as i do their worth it (im assuming thats a
6x9 on top purely on the shape of it, but then again i may be retarded)

I'll work on a stereo thing later....guess d glove box set up is d way to go there...then I need to hide d speakers.....
....having good music so adds to the experience...but so used to not having it in my rides now...at least in my type 3 I can get fm radio
....hmmmm....

....12 days later and Bel is sitting at the trimmers untrimmed...put they have cleaned all the old glue off of her..the workshop has been busy... 
Got to talk to them about the carpet colour which has been a bug bear....I've wanted Charcoal all along ...It's along story but I was being told
another colour would be better...more original...and it's not black
Charcoal is not in the country at the moment but just loaded onto a ship in Europe today heading our way.....it should be here in two weeks time if
the pirates don't hijack the ship.... the container doesn't slip into the ocean in rough seas...or the container gets left sitting on a dock in
Singapore
I could go black in the square weave as it's not black black because of the grey fleck through it

Bel looks luvely.... has the trimmer done the sunroof n headlining yet..... It might take a few weeks just to do that ( my trimmer took 12
months fat lazy Fu$##$er )
so by then the ship may be in with the charcoal carpet.... unless Pirates hi jacked the cargo .... n held it for ransome... ARG !!!!!

All that's done Dave... Had all new suspension n stuff done before she went in for the resto...engine was OK but they had been going over it all
before she went to the trimmers.....the new wiring is all completed...just putting her back together now
Her exterior sun visor has been painted up for a while...that can go on...rear window can go in...interior door trims...but not much else left to
do
It's just a waiting game....I could go on board the ship to watch over the precious cargo and make sure it arrives safely n not let the pirates get
