I think I know the one you mean. I live right near there and I've seen a black oval, lowered, big muffler, and an awesome interior a few times. Is

couldnt really see.. i was in right lane heading towards nepean Hwy.. and he was right over to my left when i noticed.. but there cant be too many
around in the same area
