I know what you mean

I am lucky to be able to control myself in buying vws as I want to be able to finish my current project (57 rag roof bug) my only problem seems to be buying those must have parts before I have saved any money for the body works

my problem is i buy and dont really want to sell. i like variety, and thinking hmmm hwat to take today, based on my mood or whether or which keys i find first. spose i ve always had this problem. i have had nine homes, maybe 14 bikes ( hmmm my triumph is ready for a change if any one is interested... is a sweet as ride), many jobs and even more cars. some say its a fear to commit, but i think its more i get bored to easy as i have the attention span of a natt and like spice and variety.

you cant be that impulsive brendon, as you havent bought yet. i would have taken half of those you listed by now (but hte shed is full and i am not allowed another, yet) . maybe your more jsut a like stray cat on a fence just trying to find which home is best suited to you.

did i say i had a 72 notch for sale and he is sweet, and of course the JnS (friends for anyone else reading this, not mine) you know about. nudge, tempt, nudge.

with love
2G

57beetle (sweet ride this is, good for the quiet cruise up the street with comfy seats and a sweet purr that only a 1200 can give. coupled with a take anywhere style, she is jsut perfect)

62kombi ( this is the beast. what its all about. attention seeking and a performance queen with the looks the windows thumping stereo big rims and a motor that jsut roars. definately one for cruising and meeting interesting people)

64dcab ( not ready yet. but i see this baby as my work horse. tough rough and ready to et down and dirty)

70JnS ( ahhh this baby serves a dual purpose. first thought of to satisfy the lady's need for a convertable, as i gave her old one away. second thought was for the offroad fun and carefree thoughts this beast brings when you hope behind the wheel. unique and stylish, it brings out the fun and kid in everybody.)

72fatchicknotch ( this is the man of the fleet. got this guy as i thought it would make a more modern tourer as it has the irs and such. but i the end it is more left out tahn the rest as safety and comfort is not the first thing i think aobut in the mornig)

66t34ghia ( as msot know i jsut aquired this baby recently... my plan is i think this will be the style king. unique with its quad headlights and quirky tail lights. match this with the overall design and its rareness. this is a beauty to behold)

Ebay is the devils work I reckon. :)

And dont talk to me about "must have" parts.

it's a disease, you can't stop it, only feed it.

we've just gotten a country buggy to go with our 2 baja's (both 62), and 74 super bug and a 71 standard.

and i'm looking at picking up another wreck to baja.

Frenzix has left the Forum. It was not voluntary. His Wife caught him crushing up some rusty panels and doing lines of it whilst trudging through Ebay for YET ANOTHER DUB! Hope the straightjacket fits Man!

That's it, hide behind the skirt!

Maybe we could do a jelly wrestling thing with the Wives to settle this?
(hope she doesn't read that one or I'm in trouble!!!)
