Pedal Assembly

Hello,

I have a '69 beetle and about 6 months ago I removed the pedal assembly so I could paint the floorpan. I've just spent over an hour trying to get everything connected back up. When I have the clutch cable connected I cannot seem to get the rest of the pedal assembly to mount up. One end of the assembly or the other always seems to be out of alignment with the holes. Just wondering if anybody had any tips/advise/pics that could help me out.

Thanks,

Scott

Disconnect the clucth cable at the gear box end, install your pedals making sure the pedal end of the clutch cable is over the hook, tighten up the pedals and connect the clutch cable. I just did that on the weekend and I had no probs installing them.

If you have more pics post them in the members rides section so we can have a perv. Welcome to the forum mate.
