new rust proofing?

i will taking a 70 kombi back to bare metal and started to wonder if in this high tech world there isnt some new material that can sprayed before/after/whatever on/in the most common rust build up areas ie windowsills/etc. Even if it is damn expensive what is possible...i started to wonder..can you weld stainless steel into these spots...that is probably really expensive, but lets dream for a minute, is it possible, and would it work. Or some kind of carbon fibre/teflon or kryptonite!! Damn the rust!!!

I could sell You some cans of Very Expensive Fish Oil - deodorised regardless of the expense incurred --
How Much have You got??? :):)

I haven't heard about anyone welding stainless steel into sections of a car...
It doesn't really matter what You weld in... coated in Fishoil it Will NOT rust... and where I spend some time painting things on cars... like CV Joints (blue) CV Bolts & covers (green) rear axles (blue) front steering components [gold] etc.. I still like to give everything another coat or two of Fish oil...
My Son likes to use POR 15 [hard as a rock] rust proof EXPENSIVE paint on the bits He can get at to paint...
otherwise its Fish Oil as normal - for those hard to get spots..
You can hit POR 15 with a hammer & it doesn't come off...
its that Good & that expensive... Many people [like My Son]paint their chassis Above & Below with POR 15... Black..
