hey pete i havent driven it but the old man said shes quiet on the road but ill let you know, and the airbox most likely will get a coat of something
in the next couple of weeks right after its actually sealed as well as its just a tight fit together at this stage.

not much more progress but now has fully working dash lights. as well as the front seats have been dropped to the upholster to be finished. valla is

got the fronts back but i dont have any pics, now only waiting on sunvisors and parcel shelf to be done then the interior is finished for the moment.

took him for his first run on the valla weekend, it was damn good to be back behind the wheel of him. it was well worth the trip, as i got a lot of
comments, mostly good and a couple of bad, at valla on the sunday. i even surprised the owner of the yellow new beetle cabrio as we came back from the
parade on saturday when we hit the overtaking lane on the way back to the park. ill put up some pics tomorrow night when im at home

it was great to catch up with u...and see this beast in rl....such a nice car...i did wonder if u'd notice my swapping my car for urs, but figured
the color change might give me away....
on the other hand, given how fast urs goes, compared to mine...well...i'd have the beast well adn truely stashed before u arrived...if u were game

yeh it is very loud.. you gotta get out to turn it up.. but its clear on all frequencies.. so you are able to play at listenable levels.

had fun on the freeway today had no problem passing just about everybody even gave some of them a surprise when all of a sudden im alongside them at
110km/h. but still have a few things to fix and tidy up

yeah not much has happen to it. got some new goodies going in over the next 3 or so weeks. i did have fun watching people try and figure out what it
was in the engine bay. most of them thought it was a t1 turbo. not the straight stock t4 it is also i had one guy try and figure out how i got the
twin pipes on my exhaust

they are vforce items. 944 struts if i remember correctly. they are 2 inches shorter than stock.
its not getting some extra go but it is getting something else though which will look just as cool and let me change back to stock front guards
