Although i don't usually go to the front page, i did see the other one and this isn't to bad. maybe a little plain but Yeah not bad it works.
anyways you admin people are doing a great job and i appreciate the work you guys do to keep this site up and running good on ya keep it

The only thing is that it is not friendly to 800x600 resolution.
Our work PC's have to be set to that and it is a scroll sidways job for the page.

i've got my screen set to 1024x768 and i still had to scroll!!
otherwise...looks good andrew..bit more color...maybe we could put together a small collage of ppls avatars as a background or just some random gifs
of vws...

from a web design point of view muchbetter.. not cluttered with random images of VW's.. a lot neater, i'd rather look at that than the old one..
resizing wouldnt beet too hard at all. think your on a winner andrew
the front page is really for people who are new to the site, and would want somthing clean to look at.. we would all prolly just come in here.. cos we
know we wanna hit the forums.. if somone new see's a clean page, it is appealing.. a cluttered random page kinda puts surfers off...
just my opinion, not stepping on anyones toes
