Bringing back the Broken Bus

I finally got my 60 splitty home, only 9 months after I bought it. My 3 year old daughter has called it the Broken Bus and since I cant think of anything better thats what I am calling it. Hoefully one day it will be a fixed bus. Anyway here is the start of the resto of the broken bus. The first area I am tackling is the driver side sill which is pretty crusty. The Ist photo is before i attacked it.

The dirt and crap that came out of the sill

This is a picture of all the dirt and crap that come out of the sill. This picture probably does not show it but the pile is about 3 inches deep. The sill was absolutely chockers with dirt. No wonder it is so rusty.

rear Outrigger

This is a picture of the rear out rigger which basically fell off when I grabbed it. In addition to the sills, inner sill and two outriggers I have bought from PMG Bus I will need some U channels between the chassis rail and inner sill, new jacking points, a B pillar section and the two sections similar to the B pillar sections that support the outer sill. The ones on this car were totally gone and while I can make a template for the sill side of the section I dont know if the other side is straight or curved. Can anyone help me with this.
Cheers Nicko

There's sooo much cancer there I don't know if it will survive the chemo.

Be gentle Dr Nicko!

no such thing as to much, friend had a sierra and the only part he didnt replace (all panels he made him self) was the firewall due to the severity of the rust....
