How long did your restoration last?

The one I am working on was 1/2 done when I got it. I thought I would finish it in 6 months. 2 years down the track and I am still going!!!!! Nearly there though

The Beetle took 3 weeks while still at work
The Bus took 2 weeks off work

The motor was not taken out of either of them at that stage though, and they did not have any rust.

Being a panel beater makes it easier though. :)

We have been going for about 4 years and still going, I agree with ph billet they are never finished. But they do get to a stage where you can just do a bit at a time when you feel like it . Because they are on the road.
