1948 split screen 356 in melborne


My eyes nearly fell out of there sockets yesterday

If you go along to the big porsche dealership on victoria pde (the one with the huge towers) you'll be able to look at one of the first ever aliminum bodied 356 speedster theres a photo of ferdian porsche driving the same car back in 1948

This car has been restored but looks great the foot peddles seem to be early beetle along with the front lights

Go and get a look before it goes back home.............

its well worth it as theres a spider and a few other famous porsches with it

I think that you only have a week left to see them

i went and had a look yesterday
The spyder VW engine parts and i think it was a garbox !
Anyway i didnt stay too long as i was sweaty in shorts and didnt look very much like i suited the shop :)

They are at
109-111 victoria parade collingwood

they said they will probably go by the end of the month so be Quick !

they have a few porsche rally cars and so on...........
