were my eyes playing tricks or was that a t3 convertable?


driving through new farm last thursday night i am SURE i saw a white type3 CONVERTABLE (a chopped off notch i think?)
now i am used to freaking out over the k.ghia's i see in smofty-ville New Farm, but a type 3 convertable ??????? were my eyes decieving me?????
and if this car really exists here in brisbane --- where have you been all my life????????????????????????

anyway. maybe i am a bit dumb and it wasnt really a type 3 ..... i really dont know.....

There was a T3 Convertable for sale in sydney a while back, so they are aout there. I also seen one getting around berry a while back. There a chop top though.

We saw a blue & silver fasty convertible when we were stranded in Port Macquarie recently.Theres definetely afew sculking around.;)

ahhh, i live in hope then....one day i will meet this elusive type3 convertable driving enigma.........
anyway......what about type 3 utes? like a sq back converted into a ute? i'm sure i've seen pictures of them before.....

There used to be a yellow one parked on road from Toowong to Indropilly but there is a Beetle there now think it might be same owner.Think he belongs to the Hyundai garage.

the best one i have seen in melbourne is a red notch, i had a chat w the driver, she said it still leaked etc.....

still looked like a hack job but the best i've seen. Its a wacky car w early and late stuff all over it.
