Departing with an Old friend
Well after 23 years of ownership we sold our Origional family car today.
the 72 type 3 was purchased in 1981, and has been through a few changes over the years, it was said to see her being driven off up the street this
arvo.
Both boys came home from the hospital on the back seat, and they both obtained their driving licences in her, in recent years.
Quite a few memories.... gone to a good home.

Dave- I was going to put a comment about back seat activities well B4 you bought the boys home from the Hospital.Parting with that after so many years
must be really hard -I know I couldn't do it.The only consolation would be if it went to a good home-but you know they will never look after it like
you even if they have good intentions.

It always feels terrible driving off with a car someone has had for such a long time....
CoopGirl has a few plans and wants it to be in our family for just as long!
