Engine Converters in SA and prices in the east?

The waterpisser in my Syncro has started doing what it is meant to. Yes, a severley leaking head gasket. I'm not sure wether to be upset or to celebrate!!
I'm not sure wther to carry out a conversion myself, or pay to have it done. Firstly, can anyone tell me what it would cost to pay for it to be done and secondly, are there any known converters in SA?

Thanks,
Andy.

Andy,

Bob from Volkscare has done the Subaru conversion -
very well engineered job. Consider him if you are looking for someone to do this.

Sad to see that you are going the Subaru way !
