Insane Baja (sand) Bug build

Hello

I found this while surfing around
http://www.americansandassociation.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=14063&postd...

Its a forum write up of a guy building up a subaru powered baja that he wants to use primarily on sand, hence paddle rear tyres and narrow fronts. But the rest of the car is awesome... and must have cost big $$$$$. Lots of good pics too.

Wow is all I can say.

Thought you might be interested.

you need a real good internet connection to view it with all the pics. the server seems slow too.

but it is an awesome build. The money he musta spent is insane. People in Australia with that much money don't build Baja's.

DoNkEy

You are MAD!!!!

I just looked at the pictures- reading all that must have taken a long time, there is a decent essay for each entry!!!!

I must admit I found it while taking a break at work, ahh the wonders of a DSL connection ;)

I'm a slow reader - well. When I'm painting my baja I'm a slow reader. I'm up to page three and thats taken me two days. I let a page download while im preping a new section, come in read a bit, go out and paint, come in and read a bit more etc.

Tell ya what - makes mine look low budget that for sure. What an awesome ride. And then he goes on about getting it registered - possibly. Man is the US relaxed or what!

Off to read more.
