STOCKTON in nov

Does anyone know if there is going to be any sort of buggy meet at stockton beach in november? And if there is what are the dates?
I'm super keen to take my new manx for a spin with some other buggies :thumb

There is nothing mentioned at Klub VW Offroad - the usual November organisers. It seems Manx Club (Manxclub.org) have the reigns this year. See http://www.manxclub.org/2004Events.asp

There is also this thread here in the forum which say who / how many wil try to make it. Doubt I can but wil try.
http://www.aussieveedubbers.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=27766

It in events and it titled: 6/11/2004 - Stockton Dunes Who is going to this?

Seems to be some interest. Lets hope eveything goes to plan.

Anyhow - check it out.

Klub VW usually meet about 10am but it might be different with the Manx Club. I don't know. If Brad or Wes are organising it it might pay to drop them a u2u.

Generally every one arrives at the metro and spend a 1/2 hour getting fuel, permits, letting air out of tyres and generally introducing and catching up.

Latecomers, like me, usually have to park on the highest dune and eat an apple until you hear that ominious road of hiving flat fours. Either that or follow the 4WD owners scratching their heads wondering how much they would have saved had they considered a buggy or baja!

It will be best to keep all the queries and info in the thread in the coming events section
http://www.aussieveedubbers.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=27766

I'm not sure if Brad or I can make it this time. Andrew Westwood our events co-ordinator should be there. He's got a good relationship with Klub VW too so hopefully someone can figure out who is running the event. The original idea was for the Manxclub to tag along at the Klub VW event. :)

I've been following both threads but the other one is the better for sure.
