swing and IRS dampers?

Hi. Just wondering if the dampers used in the rear of standard and super beetles are the same?
We're getting Konis for the standard beetle, but we're hoping to upgrade the rear to IRS down the track (if we can find someone to bloody do it!) and I was wondering if we'd be able to put the konis in the new rear?

thanks guys

No the shock are slightly different, they will prob fit but you may have to use spacers.

The shocks are the same but you will need to add spacers onto the bottom bolts to keep them centred
