Flash Moulding Hole Template
Hi Everyone,
Finally Got myself a set but I was wondering if anyone has a template to drill the holes. I was thinking of just Double-Siding them on so I would have
to drill holes in my 54 but thought I would do it properly.
Also Can people show me what the back section of the flash trim looks like close up. Is it 2 peices of moulding or 1. If someone can give me a close
up of all the bits it would be great because I have a box full of bits of mould and finding it a little hard to work out,
Thanks

Thanks,
I tried to find it but now that they (old Posts) have been deleted
I couldn't find it. Mine is the same as the matt black/red split.
Thanks

Hi, what i am really looking for is a template to put on my car so I know where to drill the holes? I know what set I am going for (The first black
beetle on this post). Anyone got one?
Thanks

yeah but there isnt a template thats what i am saying
as you can see these have been fitted 3 different ways..... so take a pic and decide which off set you like.
the one like i have and will be fitting soon had anodised alloy panels that came with it.... so it has a template as such... but the other type
is fully adjustable
I personally like the way the Black car has been done and most ive seen have been fitted this way .... the back 1/4 panel strip is the variable
bit

template
Stick them on your car with tape.
Trace a line on the top and the bottom of the trim and then drill your hole in the middle.
Thats how I did mine.
