Good luck Marc, Type 4's were never brought to Australia, the only ones here are private imports, so the likelyhood of someone wrecking one is pretty
slim.

?
What is it you are actually doing,Have you put a T4 motor in your T3?.
Describe your plan as you maybe able to use the411 sedan as they are sortof a fastback so this part should be the same, many more of these in OZ
compared with wagens.

Hi frog
I am going to put a T4 motor into my T3 Auto
I am going to make some brakets to go from the engine mount bar to bolt on to the bumber mounts.
You may be right that the fastback type of 411 may be the same will look into it thanks.
I will have to get a T4 flex plate to check that it lines up with the convertor on my Auto.
Any Ideas would be great as no one I know has done this in a T3 have seen it done in a beetle though.
thanks Marc

You need to talk to Lloyd in Melbourne... carnt remember which VW shop he owns but io know he has a few 411 / 412s hes doing up ... might have a
spare bellows
Grafting a Type 3 housing onto teh Type 4 housing may be a way out at least you can still purchase mexican copys of the Type 3 rubber Bellows.
