I run the autotechnica bos and don't have a problme they are probably 150mm long? and with the momo race wheel have no problems (would be nice to be
50mm longer, but thats cause i have short arms!!!)
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!

This is a common problem with all aluminium steering wheel bosses...
I have made a spacer from another boss... and I know of other people who have done the same thing because the boss isn't thick enough and the
steering wheel is too flat...
The steel bosses are long enough.....

i dunno if this helps...but i modded a sports mazda wooden wheel by drilling out the orig spline....then i cut my old vw wheel up turned the vw spline
down to size(slightly larger than the mazda hole) then using a 3 tonne press, i pushed it in....works a treat..

Many people put a push button under the dash on in the dash for the horn.... as the boss kits etc can be a problem..
If they work its usually good luck....
You can get longer bolts from bolt shops,,,,,
Stainless steel Allen headed screws look good and don't tarnish or rust...
