I have a K&LP four-stud front disc brake conversion for sale. Condition rough - unknown - as I pulled them off a second-hand front end I bought for my Country Buggy resto. Assembled: discs, callipers, K&LP stubs. Worth it just for the adpater plates and o/s holes in stubs...
