I have an AS41 cased 1600 longblock for sale (minus fan housing and tinwear, and ancillaries). It was removed from my old bay so it has the Kombi rear
hanger points, and it has single port heads.
It is leaking oil from behind the flywheel, as has about 30k of endfloat, so it will need a rebore and have the thrust on the case and bearing cut.
I've been quoted $90 for the line bore and $35 to cut the bearing.
If you want a late case complete with internals and heads as a basis for a rebuild then $100 is worth it.
I've had a look for cracks and cant see any but If its cracked I will refund your money.
