yeah i'll second that.
and also, what are the mechanisms in them like? the locking and the seat fowards handles etc etc (sorry dont know the correct terms for these bits,
just know mine are broken and v.frustrating not to mention no springs in the bit you sit on)
if you've still got them next week i might come out and have a look george, thanks!

They're 73 bases with the three point mounting rails dude.
They'll only fit 73 model pans, great setup but don't adapt to early pans from what i know.
Hope this is a help....
Ain't been there, ain't done that.......yet :P
