Help Removing a 65 notch dash


Help needed. I've taken out all the screws including the ones behing the chrome trim , now what????

Do i have to take the clocks out next ,and how and what about thje grab bar on the passenger side???????

Got to be out soon so i can get it restored

Any help is good , many thanks

There are some screws up below the window and yes you need to take the grab handle off. You need to take your glovebox out.

when I did mine I pulled the drivers seat out and laid under the dash. If you feel behind the clock there are two springy bits 180deg apart that you squeeze together then push it out.

Do the same to the fuel guage. It has a potion on the back which houses all the wireing connectors and pulls off the back

Once you have these two out you van get thru the holes to get the speedo out remembering to diconnect the speedo drive.
