How big is the picture? as in mb? there is a 5omb limit (I think) and have you looked in the FAQ section here?

make sure it's less than 50kb
save it on your puter
when you start a new topic, there is a section at the bottom to insert an image, click browse and find the <50kb image on your puter
clear as mud
