Aside from redrilling or adaptor plates,it would depend on the offset of the wheel.
Which is how far the mating surface of the wheel sits on the hub to how far it will stick out.
ie,they are not to big in theory,you just have to hold the wheel against the drum to see where they will sit.
From there you can see what goes on.
I run a 145 front with a 215 tyre rear on my "ratter" and all is good.
